Montreal-born and detail-driven, Alex brings precision, discipline, and pride to every project. With a background in Heavy Duty Mechanics and years of hands-on experience as a waterproofing specialist, he approaches each task with a strong technical mindset and uncompromising attention to detail. As a Pro Wedi Certified installer, Alex works with high-performance waterproofing systems built for long-term durability. His lifelong experience as a musician shapes his work on site—focused execution, solid structure, and full respect for the process.
Alil – Licensed Electrician
Co-Owner, ALT Electrical
Alil is a co-owner of ALT Electrical and a skilled electrician based in Nanaimo. Known for precision, reliability, and clean workmanship, he brings a solutions-focused mindset to every project. Alil ensures electrical systems are safe, efficient, and built to last, making him a trusted partner on all our jobs.
Garreth Hannes
Painting & Finishing Specialist
Garreth is the owner-operator of Eden Painting and Drywall, a locally owned and operated company serving the area since 2005. With decades of experience, he specializes in drywall installation, taping and mudding, priming and painting, interior and exterior finishes, repaints, and custom stain work on exotic woods. Known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistent results, Gary delivers finishes that elevate the final look of every project.
Nick
Project Assistant
With over six years of hands-on experience in construction, Nick brings precision, reliability, and strong on-site awareness to every project. He supports operations at all stages, anticipates challenges before they arise, and approaches each task with a solutions-focused mindset. Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful problem-solving, Nick plays an important role in maintaining the quality and professionalism our projects are known for.
